Many small motor factories use ordinary dipping varnish including ordinary solvent-based paint, simple immersion, insufficient drying, and the motor inside has bubbles and moisture. From outside, all motors look the same, but motor life is reduced by half.
Our factory take Vacuum impregation VPI, 1140K, F-grade solvent-free insulation paint, vacuum impregnated resin paint, resin type: epoxy unsaturated polyester blend system (epoxy polyester), the process as following:
1. First we put stators in a separate oven, Pre-baking them by high temperature to thoroughly remove moisture.
2. When the stator is cooled down to proper temperature, then transferred to VPI tank for impregnation，ensure that the immersion paint of the stator winding is fully penetrated
3. Make the solvent-free resin is 100% solidified, No volatile substances evaporate during baking, so no tiny voids or pores remain inside the winding.
4. Such VPI impregnation has full paint film, moisture resistant and heat resistant.
So our motors are not easy to burned in the tropical high temperature condition, they has steady insulation and has no leakage in humid environment, after long time working, the motors have low temperature rise. And so the fault of our motors are lower than other factories’ motor.
